Friday Plot Swap~ Mystery Style

Thinking about Thursday

Dawn's Plot Swap
Have a plot? Leave one
Need a plot ? Take one
I am getting back to my first love this week with some mystery plots. What would you do with these?
Swap with me! What twisting tale would you make out these? Any mysteries going on in your neck of the woods?

The only mystery going on in my neck of the woods, is who keeps stealing our garbage cans? I mean seriously? Who wants that? Two times it's been stolen.

I guess...if trashcans were assigned to each house by a number, a body could turn up in one and what if I was about to run for local office? I don't need a murder investigation when it's election time.

To make matters worse, it's a high school girl, and she used to babysit for me. This isn't looking good, but what about the second can stolen from me? Will a body turn up in that too, and why isn't my sixteen year old niece answering her phone?

OOOOOOh,I love this one, "He doesn't know why, but he wants to be called Frank.
A week after he apparently awoke on a beach in Kent, southeast England, with no idea who he is or how he got there, however, his identity is bewildering police and the local community."

I would say, Frank is the man's dad - who is recently deceased. The man was on a cruise to hide from his pain. Consumed by grief he decided to jump, but after surviving the fall, he sees his father's ghost who tells him he needs to live and it was his father who talked through days of treading water, but exhausted from fatigue he lost consciousness and floated to shore, only to lose all his memories in a subconscious effort to block the heartache.

OH perfect, here's a man lost at sea a couple of months before - right across the bay from where "Frank" turned up...
